1. Acceptance

By using classified (classified.mainly.art), operated by MAIN OÜ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

classified is a free tool for sharing encrypted notes that self-destruct after a single view. It requires no account and is provided "as is," without charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to use classified for any unlawful purpose or to store or transmit content that is illegal or that infringes others' rights. Because the service is zero-knowledge we cannot read note contents, but this does not permit unlawful use, and we may restrict access where abuse of the service is detected.

4. No warranty; no recovery

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. One-time view is best-effort: an automated system that opens a link (for example a link-prefetcher or security scanner) may trigger the single read before your recipient does. Because we hold no keys, a lost link or forgotten password makes a note permanently unrecoverable. You are responsible for sharing links and any passwords through channels you trust.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAIN OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Advertising

The service is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdSense). See our privacy policy for how cookies and consent are handled.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
