Refund Policy

This policy covers paid classified plans (classified.mainly.art), operated by MAIN OÜ. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions are non-refundable

classified is a digital service that is made available to you immediately on purchase. For that reason, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, or periods during which you did not use the service.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Paid plans are charged in advance and renew automatically for successive billing periods until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. Cancelling partway through a period does not trigger a refund for the remainder of that period.

Plan changes

You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current period; downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current plan's benefits until then. Plan changes do not generate refunds.

Free plan

The free allowance costs nothing, so no refund can arise from it. You are never charged unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

Your statutory rights and how refunds are handled

Where you have a mandatory consumer right to a refund that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example certain EU/UK rights), that right is unaffected by this policy. Our paid plans are sold and billed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as the Merchant of Record, and Paddle handles billing, any legally required refunds, and payment disputes. To request a refund you may be entitled to, or for any billing question, contact Paddle using the "Merchant of Record" details shown on your invoice, see Paddle's buyer terms, or contact us and we will help direct your request.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
